Through this acquisition, Codeit has integrated its AI interview solution, Kade, with Whattime's recruitment management workflow. By establishing an end-to-end model that handles the entire recruitment process from talent sourcing to the final offer on a single infrastructure, the company plans to drive global business expansion.

• (Legal Due Diligence and Structure Design) We conducted due diligence on Whattime's B2B contracts and intellectual property rights status, and designed the acquisition structure considering Codeit's financial structure and IPO schedule.

• (Regulatory Compliance) We analyzed regulatory risks under the Personal Information Protection Act that may arise when combining AI interview data with applicant resume and evaluation data. We established the scope of data utilization and set compliance standards to prevent potential legal disputes during future service operations.
