Many companies are exploring new business models, such as subscription offerings and digital transformation. Yet many climate tech companies with excellent technology run into structural limits rooted in the nature of their industry as they try to scale up.

SOLARIS has formed a strategic partnership with Modakbul Energy to help climate tech startups and distributed energy businesses grow. Together, we aim to provide a one-stop business development service that designs business structures, including subscription services, revenue sharing and energy trading, and connects companies with investors to back them.

In particular, SOLARIS will analyze the complex environmental regulations specific to the climate and energy industry and help clients build compliance systems. To prepare for future regulatory risk, we will also design lawful revenue-sharing models and transaction structures tailored to each client. This will give clients a stable environment in which to focus on scaling up.
